| Important Notes: Followings are the general guidelines. Depending on the nature of
the class you are taking, there maybe additional instructions contained in the course homepage or
announced during lectures. If and when there is a conflict between those instruction and the ones in this page, those instructions should be followed. There are four classes of submission types: Class I: Submission by Email You submit your work by email to the instructor. All required files need to be attached to the email. Don not forget that all emails related to a course must have the course designation in the subject line of email. For example to submit homework 1 in IEGR 363, the subject line of the email should say IEGR 363: Homework 1 or something similar. Class II: Submission by Using Google Shared Drive Create a drive in your school Google account. Name that: YourFirstName_YourLastName_IEGR_nnn where nnn represents the course number. Share this drive with the instructor. Upload your assignments to that drive before the deadline. Class III: Submission Through CANVAS Follow the submission instruction in CANVAS to submit your work. Class IV: Oral Presentation This class is reserved for project presentations (all courses) and practice presentations in OR classes. They can be either online or in person, which will be identified at the time of assignment. Class V: Hard Copy Submission See the instructions below. |

File names should follow the format below All file names should have three fields separated by underscores. Field one has your first initials in capital letters. Field two has the course number and field three is a short string of alphanumeric characters representing the information about the assignment being submitted. For example, JD_IEGR_455_hw3 (or JD_IEGR455_hw3 can be name of a file submitted by John Doe in IEGR 455 that has homework number 3. |
